Wavelink Intercom Support

Setup, troubleshooting, and how to reach a human.

Fastest route to help: stormsunity@gmail.com. If it is an audio or connection problem, please attach your logs — see Sending us your logs at the bottom. They usually contain the answer.

What you need before you start

Wavelink Intercom is a client. It does not work on its own and there is no Wavelink cloud service — your organization runs the server. If you do not have a server address and an account, your administrator is the person to ask.

Signing in

  1. Open the app.
  2. Enter the server address and port. An address looks like 192.168.1.10 or intercom.example.com, with the port in the field beside it.
  3. Enter your username and password, then tap Sign in.
  4. Allow the microphone and local network prompts. The app cannot pass audio without them.

If your administrator sent you an invite link or QR code, opening or scanning it fills in the server details for you.

You will not hear anything on your own

An intercom carries other people's voices, so a channel with only you on it is correctly silent. To test that audio works end to end you need a second person — or a second device signed in as a different user. This is the single most common "it's broken" report, and it is almost always this.

Troubleshooting

I can't sign in

I'm signed in but hear nothing

Nobody can hear me

Audio breaks up or sounds wrong

Audio stops when I switch to another app

It should not — the app keeps playing in the background deliberately. If it stops, that is a bug worth reporting, and the logs will show why. Please do send them.

Sending us your logs

The app keeps a rolling diagnostic log on the device. It is never uploaded anywhere on its own; you have to hand it over deliberately.

  1. Open the Files app.
  2. Go to On My iPhone (or On My iPad) → WavelinkWavelinkLogs.
  3. Share the most recent file to us by email.

Roughly when the problem happened helps a lot — it tells us where to look in the file.

Accounts

Accounts are created and removed by your Wavelink administrator on your organization's server, not in the app and not by us. To change your password, get access to a different channel, or have your account deleted, contact your administrator. You can sign out at any time from Settings.

Contact

Email: stormsunity@gmail.com

This is a small operation, not a 24-hour desk — but every message is read and answered. If your intercom is down mid-show, your Wavelink administrator will be faster than we can be.
